Garlic Caper Butter Baked Salmon

4 salmon fillets 3 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper, to taste Zest of 1 lemon Juice of 1 lemon Lemon slices, for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.

Lay the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Brush the salmon fillets evenly with the garlic and herb mixture.

Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon fillets and sprinkle lemon zest on top.

Enhance the flavor by placing lemon slices on and around the salmon fillets.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is fully cooked and easily flakes with a fork.
