Healthy Banana Bread Recipe

3 ripe bananas, mashed 1/3 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon baking soda Pinch of salt 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 large egg, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 4x8 inch loaf pan.

Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl using a fork.

Incorporate the melted butter into the mashed bananas.

Add baking soda and a pinch of salt to the banana mixture, stirring well.

Integrate the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract into the mixture.

Gently mix in the flour until just combined. If desired, fold in nuts such as walnuts or pecans.
