In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.

Incorporate chopped onion and minced garlic into the skillet, sautéing until the onion is translucent.

Introduce diced bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables achieve tenderness.

Pour in the diced tomatoes (with their juice). Add dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Pour in the beef broth and add frozen peas. Stir in tomato paste. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the peas are cooked and the flavors meld.
