Ingredients

Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Place the pork chops in the hot skillet, searing each side for approximately 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

Pour chicken broth around the pork chops

Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through.
