Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

1 pound sweet potatoes, about 2 medium 2 tablespoons cornstarch 2 tablespoons water ½ teaspoon garlic powder, plus more to taste ½ teaspoon paprika, plus more to taste ½ teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Preheat your oven to 425°F and put parchment paper on two baking sheets. Put the oven racks in the upper and lower parts of the oven.

Cut the sweet potatoes into thin slices, then cut those slices into sticks. If some sticks are too long, cut them in half. Put the sweet potatoes in a big bowl.

Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl until the cornstarch dissolves.

Pour this mix over the sweet potatoes and add garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
